ArtVista Market is a digital marketplace where creators offer digital goods (such as downloadable content, media, or design assets) and digital services (such as design, editing, consulting, or commissions).

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered, keeping in mind the nature of instant delivery and customization typical of digital products.

2. No Right of Withdrawal After Delivery

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), digital goods are non-refundable once the download or access begins — if the customer has given express consent to waive the right of withdrawal.

  • That delivery begins immediately after payment.
  • That you waive your right of withdrawal once access or delivery starts.

Therefore, no refunds will be issued after a file is downloaded or a service has started, unless the content is faulty or not as described.

3. When Refunds May Be Issued

  • Technical issues: You are unable to access the product or service due to a platform error, and the seller fails to resolve the issue.

  • Lack of software/hardware compatibility (unless clearly misrepresented)
  • Poor internet connection on the buyer's side

Partial dissatisfaction with creative outcome, where effort was delivered per agreed scope.

6. Cancellation of Services

For services not yet started, cancellations may be possible:

  • Requests must be submitted before the seller begins work.
  • Once service delivery begins, cancellations are at the seller's discretion.
