1. Accepted Payment Methods

ArtVista Market only accepts payments via the following:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard

No other payment methods are currently supported. All transactions must be completed using one of the accepted cards at the time of purchase.

2. Secure Payment Processing

All card payments are securely processed through a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

To ensure a secure shopping experience, we adhere to the latest security protocols, including:

  • Card verification checks

3. 3D Secure and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

In compliance with the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements, ArtVista Market supports 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) for all Visa and Mastercard transactions.

You may be required to complete additional verification steps during checkout, such as:

  • Entering a one-time passcode (OTP)
  • Approving the transaction in your banking app
  • Biometric or two-factor authentication

Transactions that fail 3DS authentication will not be processed.

4. Authorization and Charges

By submitting your payment information, you authorize ArtVista Market to charge the full amount, including any taxes and applicable fees, to your selected card.

We may place a temporary authorization hold on your card during order confirmation. Final charges are made only when your order is confirmed and processed.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your card is declined or payment fails:

  • Ensure you have entered the correct card information.
  • Verify that 3D Secure is set up with your card issuer.
  • Contact your bank or try another valid Visa or Mastercard card.

Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment is successfully processed.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the original Visa or Mastercard used for payment. Disputes related to billing or unauthorized charges should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

Chargebacks may result in account suspension during investigation.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our platform and users, ArtVista Market uses automated and manual fraud detection methods. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious transactions
  • Request identity verification
  • Report fraud to authorities
